- 50g oats
- 100g pumpkin puree
- 175ml milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Walnuts to top
- Salted Caramel Oppo ice cream
- Put the oats, milk and pumpkin puree in a saucepan.
- Heat on a low / medium heat for 5 minutes, or to your desired consistency. Once the oats begin to thicken add the cinnamon.
- Pour into a bowl and place a large scoop of Salted Caramel ice cream on top.
- Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
