Serves 2

Raw chocolate brownies covered in chocolate fudge, topped with salted caramel pieces, edible gold and Oppo Salted Caramel.

What You Need:

Brownie Base

  • 2 1/2 cups dates
  • 6 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

How To Make:

  1. Blend ingredients for brownie base until it forms a dough. This will take a while... Don't be tempted to add water. Next, press dough very firmly into a tray, forming a 2 inch base. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine all ingredients for toppings over a pan of hot water. Remove from heat once melted into a thick paste.
  3. Spread topping over brownie base. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Add two scoops of your favourite Oppo ice cream!
