The best of both worlds. Sweet meets salty in this decedent recipe. Ice cream, pretzels, peanuts and coconut chocolate sauce all topped with some delicious salted coconut curls from Ape Snacks. Mouth wateringly good.
- 3 scoops Oppo Salted Caramel ice cream
A handful honey glazed peanuts
A handful of plain or salted pretzels
4 squares of dark or milk chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut oil
A packet of Ape Snacks salted coconut curls
1) First, make the sauce. Combine the chocolate squares with the coconut oil and melt them in a glass bowl over a Baine Marie until you get a smooth and glossy sauce.
2) Take a tall glass and add a scoop of ice cream, followed by a third of the nuts and pretzels. Repeat for the next 2 scoops.
3) Pour the sauce over the entire sundae and sprinkle over the coconut curls and add a couple of pretzels.
