What You Need:
- 180g crunchy peanut butter
- 30g date syrup
- 40g honey
- 1 medium egg
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 60g oats
- 20g oatmeal
- 1 500ml tub of Oppo Ice Cream
How To Make:
- Mix ingredients together and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180°C.
- Leave to cool for 30 minutes.
- Assemble your ice cream sandwiches... try not to get too messy!
