Serves 2

What You Need:

  • 1 banana
  • 200g dark chocolate chips
  • 200g sliced almonds
  • 500 ml Oppo Salted Caramel ice cream

How To Make:

  1. Peel and cut the bananas in two.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 2 minutes on low. Stir. Repeat if needed.
  3. Cover banana in chocolate. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with a scoop of Oppo Salted Caramel ice cream.
